Crown Imaging is in network with all Major Insurances and most secondary plans.  Our dedicated Insurance staff, utilizing their Accelerated Insurance Approval System, will work to maximize your benefits.  In addition, there are options including payment plans, low cash options and CareCredit.  For high-deductible plans, speak to our Insurance Specialist about those options.  And not being hospital owned, means more savings for you. 

Below is a current list of health plans we are in network with.  It changes often, so if your carrier is not listed, please call TODAY and allow one of our trained Team Crown Insurance staff confirm the status and see what works the best for you.  Most carriers require a pre-certification for MRIs, CTs, and Nuclear Medicine.  They will work with your doctor to get this approval as soon as possible.

PATIENT BILLING

We offer in-house full insurance billing and claim resolution for most insurance carriers.  For many exams, the radiology group, Texas Radiology Associates, will bill separately for the interpretation (reading) of your scanned images.  If you received a text from Texas Radiology Associates, it is valid.  You can contact them at 877-227-8180.
