Making your appointment at Crown Imaging is simple. All you need is a doctor’s orders. You have a choice where you get your scan done. Why not choose a family-owned center where your needs are our focus. We think you’ll like your experience here the best.
Options:
+ You can call our office at 972.759.5140 and a Scheduler will initiate your process and setup access for you to our Patient Portal; where you can complete all your paperwork prior to your visit; retrieve your images, reports and more.
+ Take a photo of your order and send it to: scheduling@crownimaging.com and we will call you back quickly.
+ Fax your order to 972-349-8138 and someone will call you back.
+ A Scheduler will work with you on a time that suitable for your needs.

+ Our insurance staff will work with your insurance plan to minimize the out of pocket cost for your scan. Many scans require a precertification step. Learn more here.
