About Courtney:
Courtney joined the Crown Imaging team in April 2013 as the front desk receptionist. Shortly after she learned scheduling, preparing charts for the next day, as well as confirming appointments. From there she expanded her training to become the Head Medical Assistant in the back where she brought patients experience up to a high level of satisfaction.
Courtney is now the Office Administrator here at Crown Imaging. In this role, she is the chief contact for all offices referring patients to Crown Imaging - as well as overseeing all the processes from check in to dismissal. Her efforts in this position has brought both doctor & patient satisfaction to the highest level ever.
Recently, with the addition of a new sales person, she is also helping to bring the marketing efforts to a new level with her creative ideas and insights.
